By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

MENA Canvas is a searchable database of artists from the Middle East, North Africa, and their diaspora.
The information provided through the Services is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Users accessing the Services from jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, MENA Canvas owns, licenses, or uses with permission the intellectual property rights in the Services, including the website design, databases, original text, logos, trademarks, and other content created by us.
Certain images, artworks, photographs, exhibition materials, auction information, and other content displayed on the Services may be owned by third parties and are used with permission, under licence, or in accordance with applicable law. All rights in such third-party content remain with their respective owners.
The Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
